M.R. James is best known as the founder and longtime editor of Bowhunter Magazine. A lifelong hunter, he has hunted most of America’s big game species over the past 50 years. He was elected to the Archery Hall of Fame in 2003 as a successful bowhunter and major influence on the sport. James is a P&Y Senior member and current president of the club.
